Position Overview

Sierra Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced ENT Physician to join our team full-time in Lakewood, New Jersey. As a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) General Otolaryngologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment. This is a permanent position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, offering a balanced lifestyle with no evening or weekend obligations.

Key Responsibilities

As an ENT Physician at Sierra Healthcare, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive evaluations and managing a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
• Conducting flexible laryngoscopy and nasal endoscopy procedures, as well as other minor clinical interventions.
• Diagnosing medical problems, developing individualized care plans, and prescribing appropriate treatments.
• Coordinating and executing diagnostic tests and laboratory procedures in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed electronic medical records (EMR) for all patient interactions.
• Collaborating with an established team of physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

To become part of our team, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• A valid California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License and a DEA license.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in otolaryngology or related fields such as primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine.
• Relevant clinical rotations or other healthcare experience that has prepared them for the demands of this position.

Compensation and Benefits

Sierra Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of USD 250,000 to 350,000 per year, combined with a robust benefits package that includes:
