Regional Operations Specialist

Direct the overall management and control of the activities and programs of an assigned Community Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the Community, its residents, employees, and financial assets Represent the property in dealings with outside agencies, including governmental agencies Participate in government property surveys and develop and execute plans of correction when required Promote the property positively and communicate the organization’s values to residents, visitors, team members, and the broader community Coach and direct Community Directors on financial management, service quality, and team member relations Lead marketing and sales efforts to meet or exceed targeted census goals in alignment with company procedures and regulatory requirements Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance Create a supportive and enjoyable experience for residents and team members Requirements Colorado Assisted Living Administrator Certificate required Two years of college required Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly Senior Living experience required Prior working experience with reporting and data in RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents, You’ve Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or other HRIS is preferred Travel throughout Colorado required Up to 95%+ travel required Flexibility and availability required for extended and frequently changing travel assignments May be required to vaccinate, participate in daily screening and surveillance testing, and wear face coverings and other PPE per regulatory guidelines Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in community management, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance while fostering a positive environment for residents and team members. Proficient in marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals and experienced in managing relationships with governmental agencies.
