Description:

HyTech Spring and Machine is seeking a 3D Spring Machine Set-Up & Operator to prepare, operate, and maintain spring manufacturing equipment. This role focuses on machine set-up, troubleshooting, quality checks, and safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities

Set up, run, and tear down spring manufacturing machines and support equipment.
Perform first-piece inspections, verify programming, and adjust tooling.
Measure and inspect parts with precision tools.
Maintain production records and perform routine equipment maintenance.
Support multiple machines and assist operators as needed.
Follow all safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Mechanical aptitude and experience with precision measurement tools.
Ability to read engineering drawings and troubleshoot equipment.
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
Technical training or apprenticeship preferred.

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
Lift up to 30 lbs; move items up to 50 lbs.
Able to wear required PPE and inspect detailed components.
