Nursing Supervisor - Per Diem

HRI Hospital is seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to pick up available shifts on the overnight shift (Mon - Fri, 11pm - 7:30am) as well as occasionally on the evening shift (Mon - Fri, 3pm - 11:30pm), and weekends (Sat & Sun, 7a - 7p or 7p - 7a). HRI Hospital is a 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
• Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
• Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
• Provide milieu management

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• BSN required
• Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility required
