Axess Family Services, Inc. seeks an Outreach Specialist to answer the veterans' support line and conduct outreach for homeless and at-risk veterans across multiple counties. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a $40,000 yearly salary and a schedule of 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
