Qualified individuals from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Document every customer interaction accurately and update pertinent details. Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and delivering excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics. Adhere to WOW Operating Way guidelines for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery. Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members. Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone. Understand required insurance programs and procedures. Participate in daily production walks with management as required. Support team members when needed and participate in monthly health & safety and staff meetings (as required). Attend training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by the Store Manager. Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance. Uphold the company's core values: honesty, integrity, and respect. Qualifications and Requirements Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines. High school diploma or equivalent. Awareness of where to find answers; basic computer skills. Compliance with DRP requirements. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Willingness to complete I-CAR training. Valid driver’s license.
