Job Title

Registered Nurse – Trauma ICU

Location

Pomona, CA | Acute Care Hospital

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Trauma ICU setting within a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma Center teaching hospital
• Monitor, assess, and manage critically ill patients in accordance with evidence-based ICU nursing standards
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Float within scope to ICU and Telemetry units as needed to meet facility staffing demands
• Adhere to facility dress code and compliance standards throughout the duration of the assignment
• Complete required orientation modules prior to beginning clinical duties

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid RN state license (no pending licenses accepted)
• ACLS , BLS , and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Willingness to float to ICU and Telemetry units as needed
• Weekend availability required
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the standard rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Trauma ICU or high-acuity critical care environment
• Familiarity with Cerner charting systems
• Experience working in a Magnet-designated or teaching hospital setting
