Accounting Administrator
Pridestaff Financial on behalf of a client is seeking an experienced and friendly Accounting Administrator to join their growing team! Please apply now!
Main Functions:
- Daily operations of the accounting department.
- Filtering data
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Balance accounts by reconciling entries.
- Process month and year end process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, check runs, debt activity.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Process high volume transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Yearly audits
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or in process is preferred
- Advanced level in Excel
- Good communication skills
- Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
