The Clerical Assistant provides essential administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves handling a variety of tasks including data entry, filing, managing correspondence, and assisting with day-to-day clerical duties to support the organization’s workflow.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Organize and file documents systematically
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Assist with scheduling and calendar management
• Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Prepare basic reports and documents
