Software Engr II

Software Engineer II for Honeywell International, Inc. (Atlanta, GA) Review and assess product development requirements and develop component/feature specifications. Design, architect and verify requirements for highly available and fault‑tolerant capabilities. Assist with solving problems and resolving service‑related issues. Be a go‑to person for other teams developing products against these services. Contribute to the architecture design of Honeywell's enterprise core software services platform. Constantly learn to remain current on the latest User Interfaces trends. Qualifications Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field, and 2 years of React experience. Must have 2 years of experience with the following: Restful API consumption; React Redux or similar state management tool; React Jest Unit Testing; Semantic HTML; CSS & SCSS; ability to create generic reusable components for wider consumption. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 times per week. Employer will accept pre‑Bachelor's experience.
