SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Architect

We are currently hiring for a SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Architect role based in Midtown Atlanta, GA. This is a 12‑month contract with high potential for extension. Please note that this is a strictly local position requiring 3 days onsite per week. Role Overview Hands‑on architect role (not project management) Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, Talent modules) Strong integration skills (CPI, APIs, Integration Center) Experience consolidating multiple Employee Central environments (EC‑to‑EC convergence) Secure HCM integrations, RBP frameworks, GDPR/SOX compliance SAP S/4HANA Payroll & payroll‑to‑FI integration Required Skills 6+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience Strong HR data models, roles, permissions, compliance knowledge Experience in complex, regulated enterprise environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Experience in enterprise‑level environments Master’s degree or relevant certifications Location: Midtown Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week).
