About This Role The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Hartford HealthCare is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment. Highlights Location: Meriden, CT Facility: Mid State Medical Center Department/Unit: Emergency Room General Schedule: Full Time, Night shift (7:15p-7:15a, every 3rd weekend & holiday) What You'll Do Utilize evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act. Develop a plan of care to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams focused on patient-centered care. Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Provide care in a state-of-the-art Emergency Department designed for patient needs.
