Parkview Center Dental Care is excited to be opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art dental practice in Clayton, NC, and we're looking for three full-time Dental Hygienists to join our founding team! This is a unique opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up while working in a modern, well-equipped environment focused on quality care and teamwork.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal dental care
• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and assessments
• Take and review dental radiographs as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and overall oral health
• Accurately document patient care and treatment notes
• Collaborate with doctors and teammates to deliver exceptional patient experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
• Contribute to building a positive, welcoming, and team-focused practice culture

Qualifications

• Active (or pending) North Carolina Dental Hygiene license
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow professionally
