Schedule

• Mon/Wed: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tues/Thurs: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Fri: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
  One-hour lunch daily

Requirements

• Active Illinois RDH license
• Local anesthesia certification
• CPR certified

Responsibilities

• One-hour prophies & periodontal maintenance
• Additional time for SRP
• Cavitron/Piezo instrumentation
• Oral cancer screenings
• Curve Dental & Planmeca experience preferred
