Construction Worker
We are seeking a hands-on Exterior Wood Technician to support exterior building refurbishment projects at a residential community. This role involves repairing stucco, replacing damaged wood, performing light painting, and using hand and power tools to restore building exteriors.
Responsibilities
- Repair and patch exterior stucco surfaces
- Replace damaged exterior wood and trim
- Perform paint prep, sanding, scraping, and light painting
- Measure, cut, and install wood materials
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with a teammate to complete projects on schedule
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
Requirements
- Experience with stucco repair and patching
- Carpentry and wood repair experience
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Experience with paint preparation and basic painting
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Own tools preferred

Ideal candidates will have experience in stucco repair, carpentry, wood replacement, painting prep, and general exterior maintenance.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buena Park, CA.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
