Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in a Level III and IV NICU setting.
• Administer advanced respiratory support including CPAP, BiPAP, and high-frequency ventilators.
• Manage feeding tubes, and administer blood products and medications safely.
• Participate in neonatal surgeries and attend high-risk deliveries as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams including respiratory and physical therapy.
• Adapt to float situations, primarily within NICU environments across different campuses.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license with valid compact licensure for Swedish facilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Level III or Level IV NICU care required.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP.
• Proficiency in administering blood products, managing central lines, and using advanced ventilator support systems.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Strong adaptability and teamwork skills, capable of floating to various units including pediatrics with a focus on newborn care.
