Environmental Service Center Supervisor, Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Northeast, Parsippany NJ
$23 - $26 per hourEurofins
Eurofins Environment Testing seeks a full-time Service Center Supervisor in Parsippany, NJ to manage facility operations, oversee courier and sampling staff, and serve as the primary client liaison for the drinking water and wastewater testing service center.
Responsibilities
- Manage service center facility and supervise couriers, samplers, and other personnel
- Serve as primary client representative; handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate sample pickups, deliveries, bottle orders, and laboratory submissions
- Maintain vehicle records, facility maintenance, and EH&S compliance at service center
- Build client relationships, visit accounts, and support sales development activities
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Field services experience preferred
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Professional English proficiency (read, write, speak)
- Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
Compensation: $23-26/hour (depends on experience)
