Requirements Active South Carolina Bar license in good standing. Minimum of 1 year of experience in criminal law. Strong courtroom and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for court appearances. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
