Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

A physician-led, not-for-profit regional health system north of Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a BE/BC Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join a well-established, collaborative women s health team offering a balanced mix of clinic, surgical, and hospital-based care.

• Collaborative, established team of OBGYN physicians and advanced practice providers
• Full-spectrum women s health: clinic, surgery, obstetrics, and inpatient care
• Balanced weekly structure: 3 clinic days 1 surgery day 1 day off weekly
• Structured call: 3 in-house 24-hour shifts per month
• Average 4 5 deliveries per day with emergency C-sections and ED consults
• Strong APP support across clinic and hospital settings
• Predictable workflow supporting continuity of care and work-life balance
• Integrated health system with strong primary care referral base
• Access to a newly built, state-of-the-art hospital with advanced surgical suites
