Patient Account Clerk: Credit & Collections (Full-Time)

Northern Montana Hospital

Northern Montana Hospital is seeking a credit and collections clerk to manage claims status with insurers and work with patients to resolve remaining balances. The role includes coordinating financial assistance documents and tracking patients who have moved without a forwarding address. Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to learn quickly with assertiveness.
