Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Socotra
HealthSherpa is seeking individuals to join our Agent Support team for a seasonal contract. You will work remotely, taking calls from insurance agents nationwide and helping them navigate the ACA enrollment process. Strong Spanish fluency, customer service experience, and reliable home internet are required.
You will report to a Supervisor and work through December 2026, with potential extension if Open Enrollment is extended. We provide paid training, equipment, and an internet stipend.
