Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available in a cardiac catheterization lab, providing dynamic pre and post-procedure care as well as PACU recovery. This fast-paced and expanding environment includes the treatment of patients with vascular, electrical conduction, coronary diseases, and structural heart diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and procedural support in both acute and non-acute situations.
• Assist with preoperative and postoperative assessments.
• Monitor patients during recovery in the PACU.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in New York State.
• BLS certification (AHA).
• ACLS certification (AHA).
• Recent experience in CVICU/Cardiac Care or PACU is required.
• Cath lab experience is preferred.
• Telemetry experience is required.

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, consisting of four 10-hour shifts. This includes rotations and occasional weekends based on unit needs.
