This is an incredible opportunity to work in a 60-bed unit that offers exposure to a diverse patient population, including post-surgical cases, traumas, strokes, and inpatient hospice. As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care and ensuring patient safety. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Utilizing clinical pathways and patient education to guide care delivery
• Demonstrating effective communication and leadership skills
• Enhancing time management skills to contribute to team performance
• Participating in the Unit Based Council to promote a healthy work environment
• Ensuring compliance with Michigan licensing requirements
• Maintaining BLS certification
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Level II or I Trauma level experience required
