We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Lead Carpenter to join our tight-knit team and help guide our projects to successful completion.

Position Overview: As a Lead Carpenter, you will blend hands-on expert craftsmanship with job site leadership. You will be responsible for executing high-end residential and commercial remodeling projects while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior carpentry installations (including windows, doors, siding, roofing, flooring, and cabinetry).
• Lead and execute builds for decks, porches, full additions, and structural remodels.
• Collaborate with the management team and communicate professionally with clients on-site.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Previous professional carpentry experience specializing in residential builds and complete remodeling.
• Tools: Must possess a complete set of personal hand and power tools appropriate for the trade.
• Licensing & Transport: Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Safety: OSHA training and basic construction safety training preferred.
• Vetting: Ability to pass a background check and provide solid, verifiable professional references.
