A company is looking for an Okta Engineering Operations Lead to oversee the operational health of the Okta identity platform. Key Responsibilities Serve as the operational subject-matter expert for IAM services in cloud and on-premises environments Lead daily operations for authentication and authorization services, ensuring stability and performance Drive the adoption of IAM reference architectures and operational standards through repeatable procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 8+ years of practical IT experience, with 5+ years in Information Security Strong background in information security fundamentals and IAM services in enterprise environments Experience with IAM implementations in Microsoft Azure and AWS Preferred security industry certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+)
