Respiratory Therapist Position

Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide specialized respiratory care to patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in advanced respiratory procedures and patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor respiratory treatments and therapies according to physician orders.
• Assess patients' respiratory status and develop individualized care plans.
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, including ventilators and monitoring devices.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in medical records.

Qualifications:

• Possess active Ohio license as a Respiratory Therapist or RRT.
• Hold NBRC certification and BLS certification in hand.
• Have at least 2 years of recent clinical experience as an RRT.
• Be able to pass a negative drug screen, background check, and nicotine test.
• Successfully complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing.
• Demonstrate compliance with travel and scheduling policies, including RTO and shift availability.
