Role Overview

As a Sales and Service Team Member , youll be the face of our agency helping clients find the right protection for their families, homes, and businesses. Youll deliver exceptional service, support sales goals, and contribute to a positive office environment. Training and licensing support are provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, identify customer needs, and recommend State Farm products
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing assistance
• Handle customer service inquiries, policy updates, and billing support
• Support office marketing and community engagement efforts
• Use a consultative approach to educate clients on coverage options
• Maintain accurate records and follow up promptly with customers

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and self-motivated to achieve goals
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain)
• Spanish-speaking ability highly valued
