Position Details:

24 hours per week (Days or Nights)

Experienced RNs Preferred

What Youll Do

• Provide highquality care for intermediateacuity patients transitioning from critical care to Med/Surg level.
• Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized nursing care using evidencebased practices.
• Perform accurate handoffs and bedside shift reporting to maintain patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians advanced practitioners and multidisciplinary partners to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer medications monitor complex conditions (cardiac respiratory postICU) and support recovery.
• Participate in huddles shared governance activities and unitbased quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN Diploma or BSN).
• BSN preferred.

Licensure

• Current Missouri RN license or compact license.

Certifications

• Required: BLS (American Heart Association).
• Preferred: ACLS NIHSS PCCN or other Stepdownrelated certifications.
