Job Description
Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule

12-hour night shifts, from 18:45 to 07:15.

Assignment Details

48-hour contracts and 13-week contracts are available through February 27, 2027. Weekend work is required every other weekend.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Certifications required: TNCC, ACLS, NIH, MOAB, and BLS.
• Required skills: IV start, triage, telemetry, and conscious sedation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for adult patients in an emergency department setting.
• Handle critical and non-critical patients efficiently, maintaining appropriate patient ratios.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform triage and assessment of patients upon arrival.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care.

Compliance / Notes

Candidates must pass EKG testing prior to start. Scrubs should be navy blue. Orientation will be 36 or 48 hours, and there is no block scheduling.
