Looking for a customer success guru who is outgoing, energetic, and someone that likes to have fun. College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving needs someone who is responsible, reliable, a quick learner, and is upbeat with customers.
You will be on the frontlines of interaction with our brand. You will be the human in the machine to deliver a personalized and personable touch that customers crave. Must be fulent in empahty being able to identify and assess customer needs, while also being calm under fire with the ability to handle busy times by being organized and efficient under pressure.

Job Details: Having this position for College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. Go out of your way to be friendly to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients.
You will be educating clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction. You will schedule clients and follow up with clients from previous jobs.
