This role acts as the primary liaison between the team and the customer, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business and strategic needs. The Lead II will facilitate stakeholder collaboration, devise strategies, and ensure designed and delivered solutions align with stakeholder requirements. This position involves defining solution approaches, identifying business improvement opportunities, and managing requirements throughout the lifecycle, including proactive adoption of best practices
