About This Role The Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool position at Hartford HealthCare involves providing high-quality nursing care across various departments. This role is ideal for flexible nursing professionals who thrive in dynamic environments. Highlights Location: Norwich, CT Facility: Backus Hospital Schedule: Part Time, Evening shift (3pm - 11:30pm, includes every other weekend and holiday) What You'll Do Provide nursing care to patients across multiple departments. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care. Demonstrate strong communication skills with patients and families. Maintain department-specific certifications as required. Adapt to varying patient populations and care needs.
