Physical Therapist - Full Time

Role Overview: We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time position focused on outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal care. The therapist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions, primarily in a conservative, non-invasive setting. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 patient care with a focus on quick symptom resolution, typically within 3-4 visits. Assess, diagnose, and develop progressive rehabilitation programs across a broad age range, from pediatrics to adults. Perform hands-on therapy, soft tissue work, and exercise instruction, utilizing techniques such as ART or MFR when applicable. Work independently or within small teams, demonstrating confidence and motivation. Qualifications & Skills Active Texas PT license and at least 1 year of licensed experience, preferably in outpatient orthopedics or musculoskeletal settings. Strong interpersonal, communication, and palpation skills. Experience treating diverse musculoskeletal conditions and comfort working with a variety of patient ages. Open to relocation and candidates with experience in home health or inpatient care are considered.
