Data Developer Location: Bradenton, FL We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Developer to join a growing team focused on building and supporting enterprise data solutions across a large multi‑location business environment. This role will partner closely with product, business, and engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration solutions that support critical business operations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support enterprise ETL/ELT processes and data integration solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable data pipelines. Participate in modern data transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI‑driven development practices and automation. Follow established software development and security standards throughout the development lifecycle. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate resolution efforts when needed. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to processes, architecture, and operational support. Participate in an on‑call rotation supporting critical integration processes and data workflows. Mentor and collaborate with team members across multiple locations and time zones. Required Qualifications 10+ years of hands‑on experience in database and data integration development. Strong experience with ETL/ELT technologies, including Microsoft SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF). Advanced SQL development skills and experience working with relational database systems. Experience leveraging AI tools or technologies to improve development efficiency, productivity, and quality. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience Experience working in large‑scale retail, consumer products, distribution, or similar industries. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, SDLC processes, and DevOps practices. Experience integrating data across multiple database platforms such as Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or similar technologies. Familiarity with API and messaging‑based integrations, including REST, SOAP, and publish/subscribe architectures. Experience supporting cloud‑based and hybrid data environments.
