As a Shift Manager, you help with day‑to‑day restaurant operations, train and work alongside your team, and manage food and labor costs. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations. Train staff and lead shift teams. Manage food and labor costs. Ensure smooth opening, day shift, and evening shift transitions. Work evenings and weekends as required. Qualifications Eligible to work in the U.S. and meet age requirements. Experience is preferred but not required. Good attitude and strong work ethic. Availability for evenings and weekends. Compensation Pay will start at $16.50/hr and will increase to $17.50/hr once you start running shifts. We slice our all‑natural meats and fresh veggies in‑house every day. Our fresh‑baked bread is made right here where you can see it, and our house‑made tuna salad is fresh daily. The flavor of a ripe tomato, crisp shredded lettuce, combined with fresh‑baked bread, fresh‑sliced meat and real Hellmann’s mayo – that's when the magic happens.
