This position falls under our NAT lines of business and is in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will provide business-to-business (B2B) support through inbound emails and phone calls to resolve client and cardholder requests to ensure satisfaction and retention. This position is responsible for assisting with various aspects of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective use of products and services to support client retention. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and regularly collaborate with other internal departments How We Work As a Customer Relations Representative, You Will Be Expected To Work In a Hybrid Environment.
