Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and preventive treatments.
• Assess patients' oral health by reviewing medical histories, completing periodontal evaluations, and obtaining diagnostic radiographs.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, treatment recommendations, and preventive care.
• Partner with doctors to identify patient needs and present treatment plans that support overall oral health.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Follow all infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
• Build trusting relationships with patients while providing exceptional customer service and patient care.
• Collaborate with team members to create an efficient and positive patient experience.
• Contribute to office goals by helping maintain a productive, patient-centered practice environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of North Carolina or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
