Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience. What We're Looking For: Passion for Customer Service: Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key. Pay Range & Benefits Pay Range: $16.90 - $20.68 per hour. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
