• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma, BLS Certification with a designation of either BLS Provider or Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross or Military Training Network, minimum experience of 3 years, charting experience with EPIC electronic health record system, the ability to perform inpatient and outpatient EEGs, and proficiency in EKG if required.
• Preferred Qualifications: ABRET (American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic Technologists) certification is preferred.
• Additional Information: The candidate must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility. The position involves float requirements within the main campus. On-call duties include weekends and holidays, with every other weekend for call and as needed for holidays. There are no guaranteed GSA hours during orientation, but the traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, barring holiday closures. The contract is eligible for 36 hours during low census periods, and GSA hours are not guaranteed during the week of orientation.
