• Provide direct patient care to critically ill neonates
• Administer medications and manage ventilators
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individual patient care plans
• Perform specialized NICU procedures including respiratory support and MicroPremie care
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives

Requirements of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care - Travel

• BLS and NRP certifications
• Level II-III NICU experience
• Preferred Level III-IV experience
• Teamwork oriented with excellent communication skills
