Hands-on experience in a growing, family-run company within an exciting industry Work alongside experienced professionals who will mentor and guide you Opportunity to grow and advance in a fast-paced, modern workplace A fun, friendly, and collaborative team that values your ideas What You’ll Do: Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations Work with different teams to optimize financial processes Assist in month-end financial close, including but not limited to adjusting journal entries, account reconciliations, revenue and expense analysis Oversee general ledger accounts, ensuring proper entries are made and reconciled in a timely manner Collaborate with department members to ensure monthly close process occurs in a timely, coordinated manner Work closely with AP to ensure statements are reviewed and invoices are entered and coded correctly Work closely with AR to ensure project compliance is up to date and billings completed in timely fashion Compile year-end audit work papers as required in order to assist in facilitating the annual external audit process Additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: 3+ years accounting experience Bachelor's degree in accounting Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office Professional applications Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills MS Business Central experience preferred Ability to effectively communicate Ability to follow directions and complete assignments Ability to write legibly Ability to read small type Ability to work hours as scheduled Consistent and regular attendance *The pay range for this position is $55k-$70k annually Binny's offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, an FSA plan, a 401(k) plan, educational reimbursement, PTO time, paid sick time, paid parental leave, paid holidays and an employee discount. #J-18808-Ljbffr
