We're looking for a passionate and skilled Certified Massage Therapist to join our team in the beautiful, wellness-focused community of Ojai, CA. - Perform professional therapeutic massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities
- Conduct client intake consultations to assess needs, health history, and treatment goals
- Customize massage sessions to address individual client concerns and preferences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
- Accurately document session notes and client records
- Recommend appropriate treatment frequencies and complementary wellness services
- Valid California Massage Therapy Certificate (CAMTC) required
- Proven experience in therapeutic massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and punctual with a client-first attitude
- Ability to stand and perform physical massage work for extended periods
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
