• Guest Greeting & Seating — Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their table, setting the tone for a high‑end dining experience.
• Accurate Order Taking — Use the restaurant’s POS system to take precise food and beverage orders.
• Menu Knowledge & Upselling — Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommend dishes, wine pairings, and enhancements.
• Fine‑Dining Food & Beverage Service — Deliver dishes promptly with proper presentation and timing.
• Guest Satisfaction Monitoring — Check in throughout the meal and resolve concerns quickly.
• Payment Processing — Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Dining Room Maintenance — Buss tables, reset sections, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Food Safety & Sanitation — Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Kitchen Coordination — Work with chefs and runners to ensure timely food delivery.
