Account Manager

Seeking an experienced commercial trucking insurance professional to manage daily service, renewals, and client relationships for an assigned book of motor carrier accounts. This role requires accuracy, urgency, and strong communication in a fast‑growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for trucking clients
• Manage onboarding, service requests, and renewals
• Review policies, endorsements, schedules, and invoices
• Coordinate driver/vehicle/equipment changes with carriers
• Handle coverage, billing, audit, certificate, and documentation inquiries
• Request and track loss runs, claims info, MVRs, and underwriting materials
• Maintain complete documentation in Applied Epic
• Support audits and identify coverage gaps or cross‑sell opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years commercial insurance account management
• Active P&C license or ability to obtain
• Strong knowledge of commercial auto, GL, WC, property, umbrella
• High accuracy, strong follow‑through, and ability to manage volume
• Preferred: trucking account experience, Applied Epic proficiency, transportation market familiarity
