Develop and grow a profitable book of employee benefits insurance business


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and referral partners


Identify new business opportunities and drive organic revenue growth


Collaborate with leadership to expand niche and specialty market opportunities


Deliver strategic risk management and insurance solutions to clients


Participate in the long-term growth and development of the organization
