Associate, Experience Planning

Work with the strategy team to develop and execute media plans Gather and prepare information for media plan development, plan stewardship, and performance reporting Gather data using syndicated research tools, target audience analyses, and competitive reports to support media recommendations Assist with media plan execution by preparing authorizations for client signature and insertion orders Work with the Strategist to prepare and distribute weekly status reports Analyze results data in weekly client dashboards and begin drawing insights from big data Measure media performance against original objectives Participate in client and publisher meetings Attend internal and external publisher meetings and presentations Requirements Entry-level role Interest in advertising, marketing, and media principles Analytical thinking and competency in mathematical concepts Ability to work well in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Ability to learn media tools and software Clear and concise writing skills Professional communication and interaction skills Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in media planning and execution, utilizing analytical skills to gather and interpret data for performance reporting.
