Tire Sales Specialist (Experienced Tire Professionals Wanted | 40-Hour Work Week + Strong Earnings)

Base Pay Range: $28.34 - $30.85

Targeted Annual Commission: $13,200

Guaranteed commission during your first two months

The Opportunity

As a Tire Sales Specialist, you'll work inside a premium OEM dealership, using your tire knowledge to guide customers, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional service experience.

What You'll Do

• Sell tires on the service drive and exceed sales goals
• Inspect vehicles and identify tire needs
• Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and provide accurate quotes
• Ensure services are completed as promised
• Build strong relationships with customers and dealership staff
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Support inventory, store operations, and technician coordination

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of tire industry experience (required) (Retail tire, service, or dealership experience strongly preferred)
• Customer-facing experience with a sales mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service drive environment
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, order systems)

Physical Requirements

• On your feet 78 hours per shift
• Able to inspect 80100 vehicles per day
• Lift up to 75 lbs unassisted
