Staff Accountant

Overview The Staff Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable operations and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and focused. This position is paying $27/hr - $33/hr, depending on experience. Duties/Responsibilities Generate and process customer invoices (approximately 200 invoices per month) Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances and collections Prepare and issue checks; maintain accurate records of disbursements Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding billing and payment inquiries Support compliance and vendor documentation as needed Required Skills/Abilities QuickBooks Online is required 3+ years of related experience Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, or related field, is a plus Knowledge of general financial accounting.
