Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Production Supervisor__Your role and responsibilitiesThe Assembly Builder is responsible for supporting the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Uses machinery and equipment on the shop floor. Reads and interprets the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels.The work model for the role is: OnsiteYou will be mainly accountable for:Assemble industrial electric motors and components (stators, rotors, bearings, housings, wiring) while completing electrical connections, routing leads, and interpreting schematics to ensure proper insulation, grounding, and functionality.Perform quality checks and functional testing (hi-pot, continuity, balance), identify defects, and complete rework or troubleshooting in collaboration with quality and engineering teams.Operate assembly tools (torque tools, presses, hand tools) safely and accurately, maintain equipment calibration, and support efficient production flow, line balancing, and coordination across departments.Track production data and work orders, follow SOPs and safety standards, maintain a clean 5S-compliant workspace, and contribute to process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.Qualifications for the roleEducation & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required; at least 6 months of industrial manufacturing experience or equivalent military service.
