While formal on-the-job experience with Al is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated Al into their personal projects, explored Al-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using Al agents. About the Role: In this role, you will lead the strategy and delivery of customer-facing open banking experiences for Small Business card customers, enabling where and how our customers share their external bank data with COF to power improved experiences and smarter business decision making. You will work closely with various teams and partners across the enterprise, including product, engineering, business & credit, marketing and legal partners to bring these experiences to life and to shape the open banking roadmap. In an evolving market and regulatory landscape, adaptability and fungibility will enable you to continue to meet customer and business needs - ensuring you care for the scaling of data within the COF ecosystem while remaining a good steward of our customers' data. McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
